38 weeks prego, 3cm , 80 effacement, constant braxton hicks,

So im 38 weeks, ive had 2 kids already 1st at 36 weeks, 2nd at 38 weeks, I just got home from the hospital and im 3cm 80% effaced. I have constant braxton hicks and now im feeling n odd pressure down below, havent noticed or had a bloody show, has anybody else been in a similar situation b4, and how long did u wait to deliver?.....my first I was 1 cm and I gave birth like 4 days later.my 2nd was I woke up to bloody show n delivered 8 hours later.

So what's the question?

Are you sure it's not labour?

Im not sure lol its sad cause ive given birth just 15 months ago and still cant figure it out, but the question was how long does it take at 38 weeks , 3cm n 80 effaced, 3rd pregnancy. I know theres no real answer but im curious to see the approximate timing. Im soooo anxious.

Imo if they are regular and a few mins apart I would be going in considering this is your third...with my son there was no show or loss of plug I went to l & d thinking my water broke they hooked me up to monitors as me ifni was feeling anything told them just little contraction here and there but nothing close or so I thought any how turned out I was in labor at 3 cm hubby and I thought it would be a long labor again as our daughters was almost 28 hours but I was only in labor with him for one hour 42 mins :-)
