Allergies

Is anyone's child or if you are allergic to casein protein?
What diet do you or the child have?
What do you give your child or yourself instead of dairy products?

Thank you, my LO is allergic to the protein in most dairy products so looks like I have to treat him as lactose but he isn't his just allergic :-(

Awww yea if I buy Almond milk it is gone within a few hours of getting it. They kill me! lol
