If you had low iron during pregnancy...

Did you crave ice/ice cold water? I usually HATE plain water, but the last few days I've been seriously craving ice cubes or tons of ice cold water. I mentioned it to a friend and she thought maybe low iron...so here I am asking you ladies of BG lol.

Yes! Have you done yoyr glucose test yet? They should twst you at the same time.

No I craved red meat.

I never drank water on its own until pregnant.

i had low iron and i didn't

Yep. Ice chips were my thing.

I was low iron with my last pregnancy and so thirsty for ice cold water. I am this pregnancy too and I am just going to start taking iron pills. Low iron also made me very tired and dizzy.

I've been supposed to go but things have been so hectic lately I haven't gotten to it. I'll be going on Tuesday I suppose.

I had low iron and wanted to eat pledge and dirt. I wanted ice from like three months I gave birth.

Ah, well thank you ladies! I will be going on Tuesday so long as plans stay the same for my GD test and I'll mention it to my OB when I go in for my progesterone shot this week.

i had low iron the entire time i was pregnant. I craved ice so much!!! i went through a bag every few days

haha, I Know. And it is so weird because I did not have that with my first pregnancy. And then after I had her it went away. You are not losing your mind!
