What to put in turkey wrap

Okay so I'm getting ready to start a diet tomorrow and one of my meals I was planning on having turkey wraps. The recipe I liked best was with turkey breast, spinach leaves, mustard and mayo. I went grocery shopping today to get all my foods and forgot the spinach leaves so what else would taste good in it. I'm not a vegetable eater to begin with so I most likely won't have any veggie suggestions. Anything else though?

I eat my turkey wraps with hommus, shredded carrot, cheddar cheese and spinach leaves.

Cut out the mayo would be my suggestion. Use hummus or lowfat/ non fat cream cheese instead.

Even if its mayo with olive oil? I wish I would have bought hummus. I don't have that. Never even tried it before. :/

Yes both types of mayo are high in fat and calories.

I always do avocado( or guacamole) turkey tomatoes and bean sprouts!
