Anything after the first trimester doesn't sit well with me.

Legally is changes from place to place, morally 12 weeks is plenty of time to decide if you want it or not.

I personally feel the end first trimester, so 12wks.

Mostly because at the point it is discernibly human and I personally consider it a "baby".

Every state is different but legally there is Abortion clinics that will do it up to 7 months as sad as that is I have never had an abortion but you could always google it !

So you want them to legally be able to abort right up until birth?  
Here it's legal up until the second trimester barring medical necessity. I don't personally agree with abortion for myself, what everyone else does is their own choice.. But there should be a time where the rights of the baby come into effect as well. Aborting after viability doesn't sit well with me at all.

So I could go in at 30 weeks and they'd just do it?

My personal opinion is 8 weeks, but definitely not passed your first trimester.
