When I was 16/17 some "friend" picked me up and we went to his house on base with his friend. All I remember is doing shots of Jack and vodka, dancing to Elvis, and his friend was a "white Russian" Someone joked that the other was on acid.

The very last thing I remember is asking to lay down in an empty room. I passed out. I woke up to one of them having sex with me and the other waiting. I didn't remember things for a while.

I felt so sick when it all came back. Someone told me I wasnt really raped.

Laws vary by state but if a person is under the influence they CANNOT consent to sex. So even if you had been down there screaming someone please smurf me!! it would still be rape- you could NOT have given consent under that circumstance. I am so sorry that happened to you   I have been raped and it pisses me the smurf off when people are ignorant about it.
