sign of labor?

Last night I had a migraine from hell so I went to bed early. Woke up a few hours later feeling cramp. Went back to sleep woke up again at 630 to use the bathroom and had sharp pains in my vagina and bowels while I was peeing. Went back to bed and when I would breathe out had a sharp pain in my ribs. Now since about 130 I've been spotting. Not much just when I wipe there's blood on the toilet paper and its bright rred. Could it possibly be labor on the way or just coincidence?

Hmm. Personally I'd go in. It could be, but my labor was nothing like that.

Sounds like it could be your "Bloody Show" I went into labor right away when I had it. I would go in.

You definitly should go in for sure, bright red is not always good, but could be bloody show, my doctor has told me 100 times if I see bright red blood go in asap.
