When to kill a fever?

I hear fevers can be good for you if they are low but what is high? My son currently has a fever of 100.0 under his arm he's 17 months old should I give him something? He doesn't seem to be uncomfortable. I'm taking him in later today or tomorrow if his fever doesn't go away. Luke warm baths, lots of sleep, soups are in our routine right now is there anything else I can do to make him feel better? I am also giving him tylenol and motrin when he seems to be feeling bad but he's acting fine right now so I'm just asking.

I wouldn't bother with the meds right now and just ride it out, especially since he is acting fine.

That's a low grade fever. I wouldn't give him medicine for it just yet if it were my kid.

I don't really consider it high until 103-104, but that's me. Idk what others feel about it.

Anything above 102 I think is high grade. Just let the fever run its course as long as he doesn't seem to be affected by it.
