Circumcision outcome?

Hi!

I will be having a baby boy in the near future, and my husband and I want to have him circumcised.

However, after looking around on the Internet, it seems that a lot of mothers are complaining of their boys not having enough skin removed, so that they end up with adhesions or other issues.
The way my husband was circumcised, there is no skin covering his tip and his scar (sorry to be so graphic!) is clearly visible, even when flaccid. This seems to prevent adhesions and is what I want for my son.

Of course, I realize that typically people post about problems, and not success stories, so I would like to see how many people actually get good circumcision outcomes on their sons.

Has anyone ended up with their son circumcised in this manner? Or are they almost all done without removing enough skin now?

Actually, I'm pro "I don't care whether you circumcise your kid or not"

My husband had the opposite, they took to much skin off

Both boys and my husband are circumcised. There are no scars and no skin.

My oldest is circumcised and he hasn't had any problems with it (he just turned 4) I don't know about how much they took off or whatever but he hasn't ever had any adhesions or anything.

Very happy with my son's circumcision. No issues whatsoever.

My son is circumcised. I'm not sure what the "proper" amount of skin taken off is, but he's had no issues with his and he's 6.

Thing is, it's not so easy of a thing to do when you're working with a very tiny penis on a very tiny, screaming and upset human.

they do put the child to sleep to do the procedure. my son was circumsized with no problems. he is now 6. my son being born thursday will be done as well. my s/o bf and son were not done and they are 24 and 4. they have had issues with infection and bumps. my father was not done, he is 57. he's had incompetence issues for years now. i urge you to get it done.

No, not typically. They strap the child down, though.
