TIA!

When she starts to show interest. It is way too stressful to try to go against the grain with it all. My daughter was 3, my son was 2.

When she shows signs of being ready.
\We started Heathen a little after 18 months. It took forever. Then we went to walmart, and 1 auto flush ruined it all. We put her back in diapers and waited til just after 24 months, when she was letting us know she was ready

When she starts acting like she is ready. Until then, it's pretty pointless.

My son was potty trained around 2 but then just stopped and started using the potty again when he was 3. But she grabs at her diaper when its wet or she pooped, i dont know if thats a sign of being ready or not.

Stupid auto flush ruins it every time!!
OP most kids aren't ready until they are between 2 and 3ish. Ryan was 2 and he was ready. It only took a week and was so easy bc he was ready both mentally and physically. I tried when he was 18 months (bc I was eager and thought I could just get him to do it when I was ready) and it was hell. Much better for both sides if you wait until your baby is ready.

Okay i'll just wait a little longer. i bought her a potty so i'll just take it out of the box and wait until she shows interest.
Thank you!

Yeah Ryan likes to play with his a lot. I used it as a learning opportunity when he would play with it we talked about what it was for and it always stayed in the bathroom. When I felt he was ready I used the 3-day potty training method.

I took it out of the box and put her on it yesterday and she peed! I think i just caught her at the right time! It was cool though, her big brother was so proud of her and kept telling her good job! But now he thinks since she peed in the potty she doesnt need diapers anymore. Haha.
