I was looking at a 13 pc set for 59.99 and 30 for shipping so comes out to just under 100... hmmm.

It's because you are in Canada. There are duty charges on top of the actual shipping fee because it's crossing the border.

Is there a lot of pieces to it? I just paid about $7 for shipping on a pair of boots.

It's bc you're out of country. (I'm assuming its coming from the US?) bc it shouldn't be that much to ship it. I've never paid that much for shipping even when I bought Ryan's John Deere Gator and it's huge.

I just went on amazon and tried for the heck of it, and most of the sets had free super savers shipping for being over $25, but ones that didn't were $20 for shipping, so the extra to get to canada sounds reasonable.
