posted 23rd Feb
This is what I have so far:

hot dogs
stirfry
quesadillas
tunafish sandwiches
deli sandwiches
chicken tenders
chili cheese fries
nachos
beef stew

I feel like I'm missing some obvious ones, but anything easy will do!

Pita, for me and the girls.

I'd like to have some lunch ideas for when Arianna gets out of school.

I feel like all I've been making is chicken tenders and I need to do something different!! I lost my recipe book with all my own recipes and I'm like... uh, what did I used to make?

And english muffin pizzas... good one!

boo, I was going to make a nasty joke, but nvm since the girls are involved. You suck. lol

But I'm of no help. Jae snacks on smurf like carrots, raisins, celery and lettuce (weirdo!) when she gets home from school.

My daughters new favorite lunch is pizza grilled cheese. Mozzarella cheese and pepperoni and we use pizza sauce for dipping sometimes. It's yummy.

That sounds amazing.

We do garlic toast pizzas, the kids love them.

Grilled cheese and tomato soup

Or I make a big pot of spaghetti because they love it the next day... and the day after.

I just made super yummy pizza pops. Make up a batch of white bread dough (mix, knead, let it rise, then pound it down, make the pops, rise again and bake) and just flatten out a square. Put in a spoon full of pizza sauce, a spoon of shredded cheese, a piece or two of pepperoni and pull the ends up and stick them together and seal it up. Turn it upside down and put on a baking sheet. Let rise, then bake. The freeze awesome! Thaw them in the fridge and then warm them up for about a minute. A lot of work, but so yummy!

I also do like breakfast/lunch wraps and freeze them. Like eggs, susage, cheese and salsa or ham and cheese, etc., wrap them up in a wrap, then wrap with parchment paper and freeze.
