Turkey burger and green bean fries.

That's what I had for dinner the other night and I wanted to make it tonight, but DH said no.

I always get frozen green beans so if I remember in the morning to take them out I just pat them dry, toss them in olive oil, salt and pepper, and pop them in the oven at 475 for 15-20 minutes. I "flip" them about half way through, though.

You can also sprinkle some parmesan cheese on them too, but I usually don't. If you like asparagus the same method applies, they're awesome too.

So do I!

I've been trying to eliminate beef as much as I can, so I use turkey or chicken for most meals. We still have cheat nights where I'll make pork ribs or beef burgers, but we're trying. My biggest issue is pork, I love me some pig.
