The point was why accept feeling like smurf when you don't necessarily have to.

Well, really the point was that suggesting a therapist isn't some silly, dumb idea, but this thread really snowballed, haha! .

Actually, my kids go to bed at 7pm. And as I said, I have no therapist.

Because she realizes she's hormonal and is just feeling a bit insecure, which is the rational and logical psychological explanation for feeling the way she's feeling.   Seeing a therapist isn't a silly idea if you're really in need of some guided therapy.

In the op, it wasn't said like that. It was a boo hoo fest about how huge and sad she is because she doesn't feel like sexing her hot so.

I just ignore this person at this point. I think it was ridiculous to say that it's just that you don't feel good enough for yourself and that your issues are deeper than just feeling huge and pregnant. That just happens and I see no problem at all with you venting about it. I don't think that calls for therapy and to say you have internal problems.

You have a self esteem issue which clearly dates back to before you were pregnant because you state that you never thought he's be with you. You know very well you're not fat, you're pregnant, thus calling yourself a whale is even more reason to consider talking to a professional.

TALKING to someone and taking medication are two completely different things. Therapy generally does fix anything you seek it for, and when it can't it's generally a medical problem that can be aided with medication.

But no one told you to take medicine. I told you to consider talking to a therapist to see why you don't feel like you're adequate. You're welcome for the give-a-smurf. I see it was wasted.
