That's a bit much and yes, I would be bothered by it. I guess it really does all depend on how long they've been friends, though.

I did. He told me I have nothing to worry about. I trust him completely, I just feel kind of weird about it, like she is crossing a line. It's certainly something I would never do.

Maybe she got an awesome deal on it or happened upon one for free or something and just thought she'd be nice.

In my opinion, especially if they haven't been friends long, that is crossing a line.
