pack n play play yard sheets?

posted 23rd Feb
Im looking at getting this one

Is it fairly easy to clean spit up/poo/ect off of it? Do the play yard sheets they sell work with it before you lower the mat? Im so confused how the whole pack n play thing works as i've never used one. Im moving within weeks of having my DD and wont have a crib set up until I move.

The sheets still work on the mat when you lower it too since it will be the only thing on the bottom for them to lay on. I'm guessing that standard play yard sheets will fit on there. Target sells them as well as Graco. We havent had to worry about poo or spit up since there is always a sheet covering the mat or blanket tucked around to make it a little softer since its only about 3" thick.

We're using a pack n play instead of a crib this go around. My son likes it.

Is the mat comfortable on this one? I felt quite a few at babies r us and based my decision off the way it felt. Some felt like shed be laying on the floor.

they may not work or they may my mat sticks in on the conors and it does not work and the one my aunt had fastened under neath on the sides due to the risk of suffacation and they would not have worked.

I a blanket down and fold it under the mat to make it comfortable. I had one for my oldest and it was like a rock, this one is definitely better lol

you'll absolutely want sheets. they not only make it softer on babies skin, but they will make diaper blow outs easier to clean up.

Well, the fabric in pack n play mat is 100% polyester: not very safe and not very comfortable (in the summer it would make your baby sweat). So you definitely need sheets. I also recommend the MamaDoo Kids mattress topper for much needed extra comfort and support. It has the perfect firmness and our son sleeps so much longer. BTW; it folds in 3 so it it as portable and the pack n play. Good luck!
