I worked in TBD and Savvy, I mostly just sold people cloths and rung them up. You get hourly plus commission on everything you sell. Shoes is where the big money is, most of the sales people in shoes made over 100k. You will need nice work cloths and jeans, but you can hit up the rack and you get a discount.
