yes, but you're allowed to be insane when you're pregnant. Just try not to let it affect your relationship. It's normal to be jealous... it's not ok to act crazy about it.

remember you have him now... and if you get all crazy... you may not keep him.

I wouldn't want to talk about it either. He wouldnt like you talking about how he compares to exes. Just try to ignore it or talk to him. She's an ex for a reason so I wouldn't worry 

I was kind of in the same situation, my husband was supposed to have 5 and 1 adopted before we got together, 1 was from when he got a girl pregnant at 16 which lead to a miscarriage and 4 was 2 sets of twins that were miscarried by his ex wife and the one he was supposed to adopt was when he met the girl while she was already pregnant and he helped raise her until she was about 2 and then they broke up. It hurt every time I thought about it just because he's already been through pregnancies and a delivery before, but he would always tell me that he's finally going through it with the woman he loves and wants to spend the rest of his life with, so it made me feel special in every way just because he didn't really love his ex wife, he was only with her because he didn't have proof she was cheating until she got pregnant by another man while he was overseas. So no I honestly do not think your insane, you can't help but feel that way whether your pregnant or not. When ever he says anything or compares you to his ex, just remind him that you are not interested in hearing about it and the situation is different because its with you not her.
