I feel like I am in a rut and making the SAME things over and over again. Can you guys please give me some more meal and snack ideas that aren't junk foods? We eat A LOT of snacks at work as our lunches aren't all that long. I am starting a second job within the week or two so EASY/QUICK meals would be a plus...ones that don't require too much prep time. TIA
Hummus and carrot sticks/sliced peppers/celery is always a nice healthy and filling snack.
Slices of apple/banana with peanut butter
Rice cakes light cheese spread
snack a jacks
yoghurt with pretty much any fruit
dried fruit (dried apples are especially yummy, you can get them in packets called apple crisps or something, they're amazing and only like 60 calories or something)
