Informative Speech - Pasta Sauce

On Monday I have to give a 4-6 minute informative speech. My topic is home made pasta sauce. We have to have 3 citations.. so far I have one about cooking with alcohol and one about storing food in the freezer..

for those who make their own pasta sauce, can you think of another that might work into it? I'm at a total loss!
