heartbeats and gender???

so guys ive heard higher heartbeats are girls and lower ones are boys...at 11 weeks the heartbeat was 162 and at 12.5 weeks it was 152... Any guesses on what im having??? I cant wait to find out!

It's a myth. Most old wives tales are.

I say it's not quite accurate. They say anything 140 and over is a girl, but I just found out yesterday I'm having a boy, and his heartbeat was 150.

according to the wives tale you're having a girl.
It rang true for me. Little girl's heartbeat has all but once been above 140.

Lol, but seriously my son's heartrate was always pretty high. Everyone thought he was a girl, but nope he's definitely a little man.

I'm having a boy and his heartrate is almost always in the 150s...I'd say its just a myth.

Those are just fun little myths.. sometimes they are right though..i was told high hb is girl and low was boy....

all three of my boys had very high hbs... around 160+. everyone swore they'd be girls because the HB.. nope
