I've broken multiple bones...I honestly don't know how my mother didn't get CPS called on her when I was younger, as often as my clutzy ass was in the ER. I think it's because of how many times it happened at school...

I've broken my left hand/wrist (fighting), my left ankle (gym class) my right forearm (abusive ex) my nose (my oldest son at 18 months broke it with a toy...) and my collarbone (honestly...I don't remember WHAT I was doing. I've blocked a lot of years of life out...I remember it happening, but not what caused it.). I also had skull fractures, but I wasn't concious much for that one. They were also caused by the abusive ex, same one that broke my arm.)

I've also broken my toes and fingers, but that's a very different ballgame than other broken bones.

It hurts. And then you don't feel it anymore. It's really just that simple. I've always been able to function on Tylenol/Motrin without a problem. The next day, it's achey, but nothing unbearable. When I broke my ankle, I almost forgot my crutches getting out of bed the next morning, and by the end of my time in a cast, I didn't use them anymore - there was a boot affixed to the bottom of my cast so I could walk with it.

Apparently she had broken it when we were kids and no one ever diagnosed it as a break. So it was weak to begin with.

I have broken a lot! My tibia, my ankle, my wrist, a couple toes, and my nose twice. The leg obviously hurt the worst, it needed surgery. It sucked! Breaking a bone feels like nothing else...it feels like your bone is broken and dangling...atleast in my experience.
