You should always ask the landlords about it, especially with a house. We just paid a little extra on the security deposit to have our two huge dogs here!

Well the house that I really wanted..had a fenced in back yard completely updated on the inside all appliances included and 2bdrm 2bathroom and it was the cheaper rent. I asked the landlord and he said his wife made the decision because the the last tenets had 4 dogs inside, one being a st bernard..and she wont change her mind. I even offered another $150 on security deposit and and an extra 50-75 a month in rent to see if he would budge because my dog (as seen in my avi) is tiny. he is a miniature shih tzu and poodle mix. He doesnt shed and he is completely potty trained....they still wont let him come with us   my daughter loves him too much to get rid of him.
