OP: There is a real thing as a broke penis and from what you descibe it sounds like that's what happened..has to do with blood vessels and if he doesn't get it taken care of its pretty serious like nonfunctioning dick serious.

Nope, it went away.

It can happen from injury. The blood gets trapped in the shaft making it unable to go down. If not treated it can result im scarring that cam cause him to be further unable to have a normal erection.
