calling all past and present TTCers

So I ovulated on December 2nd. I got my first BFP with a frer on 12-12-12. By the "I'm Expecting" app on my Galaxy S2 I conceived on December 6th but that would only put me at 4DPO. Do you think I got pregnant before or after I O'd.. This is probably not much info but any input would help... TIA

You would have had to ovulate earlier than that app is saying, there's no possible way you could get a bfp at 4dpo. Implantation wouldn't have even occurred at that point.

YEAH exactly. I don't believe the app anyway. By an ER U/S I was a week behind from my lmp. I guess I could go online and check out some more websites

Last year I OV on 28th nov and my due date was 20th aug. my period was due 12th dec and I tested pos then.

Do you know for sure you OD on 2nd dec? Because I know I OD on 28th and its given me the same due date as my first dating scan did. So id say that website is right.

I got my strongest surge on the 2nd of December. I was just wondering if I maybe I had conceived after my O date or before.... I was straight up using OPK's for like the first 8 months of TTC.

By that if you O'd Dec 2nd, then at 12-12 you were 10dpo. If your app says 12-6 was O day that would mean at 12-12 you were 6dpo not 4  
But my guess is it was wrong and you did O on the 2nd because apps are just a guess   So you probably had swimmers ready and waiting for 12-2 lmao.

It's impossible to conceive before you ovulate. I'm not sure what information your app goes on. How does it calculate your ovulation date? The only "at home" way to know exactly when you ovulated is to chart your BBT. From what you said in the OP it sounds like you tested positive at 9 dpo.

I know that obviously lol. The app is dumb. I was interested in more of me conceiving before or after I ovulated.. The time from my O date to the day I got my BFP. Its all good. Thanks everyone
