I just can't anymore

I can't keep doing what I am doing I am pushing myself to hard. Physically, mentally, emotionally. I try to get Dh to help and he does to a degree but it just isn't enough. I woke Dh up at 5:30 this morning (DS hadn't slept at all that night) and told him that he HAD to take DS so I could get some sleep before he went to work. Dh missed out on a hour and a half of sleep last night and was a total ass about it today. He even went straight to bed when he got home. Mean while I do this EVERY night and RARELY wake him to help. I have to run around every week end to bring DD to visitation and take the boys with me. Then my mom throws a smurfing fit almost every weekend wanting to keep her as well. So i have to back up there to get her the next day. It is all to much. The kids are acting out to much. Im to tired. I am depressed and I honestly feel like DH just doesn't care or is resentful that I can't do it all. Because he works right? Yeah he works but it isn't a physically exhausting job like being a SAHM. He sits behind a desk most of the day. I would trade with him in a minute, but in his eyes that makes me a bad mom. I can't smurfing take it anymore. I seriously just want to smurfing leave. Like right the smurf now. I have been sick for over a week because of my lack of sleep and I still cant get a break. 

Aw im sorry you are feeling like that   I know how frustrating when people think being a SAHM is like a holiday, I couldnt imagine how hard it must be with 3 kids! Is there anyone, family or something, that could take them for a night so you can get some sleep?

SO is like that too. He thinks that just because he works that he shouldn't do a single thing and be total slob and I should pick up after him. He always makes comments about how he works while I don't do smurf. He doesn't understand being a SAHM along with full time nursing student and housewife is hard work too.

No Ds has AR and the pedi started him on meds a few days ago but it hasn't helped yet so no one wants to watch a screaming baby who never sleeps.

My SO is the same way! PM me if you need to talk or vent... I am hear to listen! I am sorry your having to go through this. Hugs!

I'm so sorry to read all that. I'm in the same boat. SO thinks because I'm a SAHM I sit on my ass all day. Men suck and if they only knew. SO spends maybe an hour a day with the kids and that's to much for him.

Very true! I've been in the same situation and it totally sucks! I've debating leaving because of the fighting over it and just feeling unappreciated.

Some things guys will just never understand. SO will hang with LOnfor a few hours on a Saturday and thinks that's all I do and makes comments like "so why are you so tired? I was with him all day and I'm fine." I just bite my tongue and pick my battles.

Stop doing things for him. Let the house get out of control and dirty for a week. Maybe he'll realize you do A LOT and will start to pick up the slack.

Would it be horrible for me to pack a bag and write Dh a note telling him I went to my mom's for the night and I would be back sometime after my hair appointment tomorrow? I smurfing need sleep and I FINALLY got the baby to sleep but I know it isn't going to last and I have no clean blankets any way because DS1 spilled a drink all over my bed about an hour ago. Dh is sleeping on the couch with the ONLY extra blanket.

It's always the SO that assumes being a SAHM is easy. I'm not a mother yet but I am fully aware of how hard you guys have it! I'm really sorry he's being like that. You should try to talk to him and see if it helps.

I've done that it never works. I even left for a week with the kids. When I came back the house was even worse than when i left and it took me 3 hours to do all the dishes (and that was JUST the dishes). He would happily live in filth.

Not at all! I've done it with SO!! It helped me keep my sanity. You do what YOU need to do.

He is a bails bondsman. His job is on call 24/7. He just called to bail someone out of jail. But obviously it was his dad calling and his dad just doesn't feel like getting the bond so is sending Dh to get it.
