Oh man, I would eat all the fried veggies! Every time I go to the fair that's the first place I go!!! That sounds like it would be a lot of fun!

Um yes there are carnies that completely live up to the stereotypes. The show we work for, however, does drug testing at the beginning of the year and randoms throughout. They do background checks and issue regular paystubs and whatnot.

Its definitely not all sunshine and rainbows. We provide our own power (we, the carnival) so in arriving to a location, sometimes you have to wait forever to get power or even to get your house parked.

The general public hates carnival workers, for the most part. They think we're all crackheads and thieves and stupid. They think we're trash, so they treat us accordingly. That part sucks.

I know at the carnival that comes through my area the carnis are all super nice who run the games, especially the women. They're always sweet to my kids.

What's your company's name? Since you're up in NC, I wonder if you guys are the same ones who come through the Elbert County Fair in Georgia every year.

How far will you being traveling? Is it like going up and down the east coast(assuming you are in fact from NC)

No. I am bitter about that one. I drove an hour and my bff drove 2 hours to see it and they sold it out from under me and didn't bother phoning

We'll be with Powers Great American Midways.

We actually don't come into GA. However, my husband will be in Atlanta working a fair on a different show in about 2 weeks

There's a queen size bed in the back, but we'll be pulling it out and redoing the floor, so we can put Basil's crib and Jack's bed in there.

For me and Lawson, there's a pull down bed above the driver and passanger seat.

We will be buying a special blanket to lay on the couch and that is where we will bone. Lmao!
