I didn't mind the Boppy, but I used it more as a newborn lounger or to assist her in sitting up [once she was ready]. What I really loved was my Boppy Pregnancy Pillow. I would put the 'head' part behind my back, so it was comfy & offered support...then I swung the 'leg' part around the front and laid Chloe on that to nurse.

Ah I completely forgot I posted and ran!
I only used the Boppy for that reason, to prop LO up .. I just felt like it was so stiff and just awkward. My husband on the other hand had to have it to bottle feed.. Every time lol
Ohh did you use the pregnancy pillow while lying down? I could not figure out how to nurse my first lying down..I put WAY to much effort in night feelings, I'd love to just plop peanut on the boob and go back to bed this time!

My Midwife has a Breast Friend..I may wait until after the baby is born to get a nursing pillow then to see if I like that one.. It seems to be between the Boppy and BF everywhere I look. I really like the Balboas shape, wish I could find one in person
