Lol what names were you called

Wow. That escalated quickly.

Unless they are Atheist I don't see the problem, it was actually a beautiful prayer.

she made an indirect status about me , a few minutes afterwards. but i seriously dont understand why. smh. that was rude.

Wow... I'd say that was a personal attack on you not the prayer. It doesn't seem like she had issue with the prayer at all. Do you have any personal history with the young girl who called you those names?

Imo, not everyone appreciates having other people's deities thrown in their face especially in the wake of such tragedy.

but they arent ;his mother goes to the old church that i went to. i just felt so bad seeing her hurt. now im getting status's made about me, and its making me feel like i actually did something wrong!

I think your intentions were good so there shouldnt be any fault in that. Some of the prayer I didnt understand like being a better parent.

I think they're grieving and taking it out on you seemed like something she thought would make her feel better/

Just delete the comment and move on

No, i dont actually. We have never got into an argument or anything. He died a year ago, tomorrow and his mom is really going through it. I feel so bad. although i dont understand her pain, i just wanted to uplift her,..like people uplifted me  

I think that was extremely inappropriate and I don't think they should have called you names. Of course they want justice, however I'm sure it's not your fault they have not received it. The names were uncalled for. I am sorry that they treated you that way.
I think that they are sad/angry and having other mixed emotions so took the opportunity to lash out.

I don't feel you did anything wrong at all it was a beautiful prayer, and you seemed to be trying to help her pain. I think the sister has something against you but I wouldn't take it to heart people say and do ignorant stuff when they are in pain though that is no excuse to say those awful things about you. Honestly, I would leave it alone and pray for her

I'd chalk it up to her being highly emotional right now and just move on.

I am not saying her response was right but, people mourn in different ways. No telling how someone is going to react.
