Work??

I am so freaked I am hurting my son .. so can i have some advice or something from other mamas who work, I work at kohls and i am constanly squatting to pick things up fold things etc.. or carrying a big load of clothes hanging stuff or reaching for stuff or pulling z rails full of clothes will that cause any harm to him?? ikd why it freaks me out

You are fine. My sister threw freight at a grocery store until she was 7 months pregnant. Unless you have a medical condition that says otherwise, you are safe to continue normal routine with in reason.

Both of my pregnancies, I worked with the carnival.

Standing on my feet 10-18 hours per day
Loading and unloading 40lb bags of flour, 50lb boxes of veggie oil, 25lb bags of sugar, etc
Scrubbed floors on my hands and knees
Worked up on a 20ft ladder
Etc


Both my boys went overdue and were each 8.5lbs and healthy

First time mom. Lol you will have many more worries.  

I worked until two weeks i was due.just know your limits. and take it easy

You're good girl, actually squats are probably the best thing you can do lol it'll help that baby pop out more easily when you do go into labor.
