Progress!

Even though I just started working out again, I put on my favorite pair of jeans and they fit a little better than last time I wore them! They actually have some give to them now and I don't have as much muffin top/spare tire spillage over the sides of them. Even though it's just a little bit, it still makes me feel good! I hope I have time to go out for a jog tonight because now I am more motivated to drop more inches.
BTW, the scale has barely moved. It's just been going up and down, which for me I guess I am not used to not seeing the number drop with the inches, but whatev... I don't mind as long as I lose some of this belly and hip fat.
