I have lost thirty pounds so far with hard work but now I have stopped losing so I am joining a gym with my friend angelica and I am hoping to lose the rest. I am wondering where you ladies found your meal plans

Low glycemic index. Google it. IT's very effective, especially for those with insulin resistance.

I love bread Omg! But I started slow and cut it mainly all the way out but I do cheat. I.just found healthier options. I love making sandwichs out of romaine lettuce wraps instead of bread
