baby w/ yeast infection

Emily has been on Amoxicillin since Tuesday.
I just changed her diaper and she has a tiny rash on her outer labia and she was grabbing it like it was itching her.

Is there something OTC like a cream or anything I can give her?
Or would her pedi need to prescribe her something?

You can buy fungal creams OTC (like Tinactin), but I wouldn't put it on a baby. You can call the pedi and they'll write you a script for Nystatin.

In the meantime don't put any powder or cream with cornstarch on it...it will feed the yeast
