When baby chickens are hatched in the factory they get sorted... there are many undesirable chicks... especially the roosters. These chicks get thrown on a conveyor belt that leads to a grinder...

Here is a video of what happens to baby chickens when they are born... Do not watch it if you don't want to see some very disturbing things.

I personally wouldnt do this to my own dogs - but the dog is clearly asleep with anesthia - so I dont see what the difference is between a few numbers and adding a splash of color - or chopping the dogs balls off or cutting it open and taking out all the lady parts - and its on the inner hind leg so its not there for beauty purposes - I dont know - I guess thats just my opinion - and again I wouldnt do that to my dogs.....

She is a vain idiot looking for attention but I do t think she is cruel.

For those that say "what ever happened to dog tags," collars fall off or are not to,erased by many dogs.

It doesn't even look like it is even aware of what is going on.

I'm sure the dog was passed out. I'm glad that she loves her dog very much but tattoo isn't neccessary. I microchip my pets. I'm guessing she will be keeping that number forever?

As for the dog tattoo, not a big deal, IMO.

Some breeds of horses get tattoos under their lips...others are freeze branded or heat branded on their hides. Many livestock get their ears pierced for I'd tags. I'm a bit indifferent to it all I suppose.

No way. I dont even agree with number tatting racehorsrs, freeze marks are much morehumane. My parents used freezes on their horses back in the 80s, maybe early 90s, but have long since stopped in favor of microchips.

Ive never heard of anyone tattooing, branding or freezing housepets. Crazy.
