Sound Effects for iPad

I need some good sound effects that work on the iPad. I found a good program that we are using for my son in this therapy, you can create your own questions and it has space for pictures for the answers and such. It's called Choiceboard creator I think if anyone is interested. Anyway. When you pick the right answer, it makes a clapping sound which is cool, but I also want a sound for the incorrect picture and maybe a different sound for the right ones, like a fanfare or something. He is VERY big on praise and lots of yay noises and such when he does good. Does anyone know of a good "database" or website that I can get some from?
