I have poor math skills! help?!

posted 22nd Feb
I've never been good at math, figured one of you ladies could help me out? sorry if I seem utterly stupid. but since it's my calorie intake I need it to be accurate, & I don't want to try, & be inaccurate. lol

I made eggs for my family. I used 8 eggs. I put 1/4 cup milk-40 calories. 1/3 cup chopped spinach-24 calories. 1/3 onion-22 calories. 1/3 cup green bell pepper-16 calories. & 1/3 cup grated colby jack cheese-115 calories. & I had a half of a cup of these eggs (2eggs). can somebody tell me how many calories I consumed???? adding that each egg is about 100 calories!

Assuming 2 eggs per serving, 4 servings per dish, 254.25 calories per serving

I guessed 4 ppl in your family and added everything up and multiplied by 1/4 so 1017 * 2.5 and it gave me 254 1/4? I dont know its difficult to tell b/c you may not have gotten an equal amount of each product. Maybe yours had more peppers or cheese.

I got 205 because the average large egg only has 75 calories. Unless you use jumbo?
