Is there any symptom signs that labor is or possibly is near

Does anyone remember what u were feeling the days prior to labor? Did it change or was it the same ordeal you dealt with the last few weeks? My daughter was induced at 40 weeks and 2 days. I'm currently 35 weeks and 2 days but I feel like it's gonna fall out any day now. I can't get comfy in any way and I'm having a ton of cervical pain with mild cramping every now and then along with a low back ache. It's been going on for 4 days now. I called the doc and she said it's just my body trying to tell me to rest. I stand up and I walk like an old lady cuz I stand straight it feels like my lower uterus has the baby's weight pushing down on it. I'm all baby and with every movement my baby makes it feels like it's gonna rip me open. Which I know it's not it's just painful. People say you can't feel dilation and some people say you can. I'm wondering what the cervical pain is for me.

It's pretty much what your doctor said... I felt like that up until I stopped working a week ago. Now I'm just sitting on my ass and its smooth sailing. Everytime I do overdue it physical wise my body feels like its coming apart. Just relax and when baby is ready you will know. I went into labor naturally at 39 weeks and before then I had no symptoms or signs whatsoever .

Lucky you. I'm still working. My doc is pushing me to keep working til the 1st. Even sitting down relaxing is achy. If I sit in a recliner and recline it then I'm fine lol. I was lazy with my daughter and I ballooned up to 229 lbs. I'm trying to avoid that with this baby. I've gained only 15 lbs so far. I guess with being lazy with my daughter I didn't realize that if I wasn't I'd be achy and physically miserable lol. I'm hoping I don't go over due or even near my due date cuz then I'll have more time with my baby before I HAVE to go back to work. Child care assistance is giving me only 60 days or i lose the help.

Sounds like typical pregnancy pains to me. Just relax, is all I can say.

Go figure lol. I hope I don't make it to 40 weeks cuz this waiting game has got me all anxious and excited. Don't get me wrong I wanna make it to at least 37 weeks but yet I have 3 due dates and it annoys me cuz if I go in labor during my 36 week am I really 36 or 37 weeks??? The 3 due dates I have been given so far are the 20th, 24th, and 27th.

Your due date can be off by at least two weeks. So you want to push it for as long as possible....when baby is ready. & at 37 weeks, you could still end up with a NICU baby. Pregnancy is rough. You'll get through it.
And those dates don't really matter much. Like how close together they are. The only date that matters is the first date you got from your earliest ultrasound.

Which is the 24th.

The other dates aren't a huge differance (only a few days), time wise. If they were more then a week off, then I'm sure your dr would change your EDD.
