Lanisoh lanolin, LOTS of air and time. They only bled once (left side only) but they were cracked for weeks. I wanted to give up at 2 weeks but my husband got me through it. Definitely have a support person to rely on. Get on fb groups if you're on fb. Just tell yourself it does get better. We're almost at the 6 month mark and none of that stopped us.
