She's a big girl now

When I had her I posted about being so happy I wasn't pregnant anymore, now I'm posting about her 4th birthday and a little sad she isn't tiny anymore. Watch those babies close ladies, they grow up faster than you think!

Ayla was born Feb 19th 2009 weighing 9lbs and 19in long. She was a butter ball! LOL She had so much hair, I couldn't believe it! My other two were little baldies.






Now she is 4 years old, her curls are long gone replaced with soft wispy straight blond hair. She's about 35 inches tall and weighs 29lbs. She loves My Little Ponys and being a smart mouth. Her tiny newborn kitten meow has transformed into a glass shattering screech and she tells me she loves me for no reason everyday, even when she is mad at me.






She will always be my baby, I don't care if she is 4 or 30, LOL

Oh my gosh look at all that hair!!!!! She is adorable and makes my ovary ache! I am dying to have a baby girl. She will always be your baby.

awww her hair was soo precious as a baby she had soo much!!! and its pretty now, shes adorable.

I couldn't believe it when she was born, haha. I was like "Uhhhh are you sure she is mine?".

Awe she is soooooo beautiful!

I love her little glasses. They fit her so well.

Thanks! Her hair is a pain now! LOL Fly aways everywhere, I just cut it short to try and keep it in line, LOL

Thanks! I love them too, they are just $9 plastic frames from Walmart because her prescription is changing a lot right now but they really do fit her face, LOL

lol yep my daughter's hair is the same way. it does it's own thing. I think I'll just let it keep growing so I can put it all up in pony tail. i cut her bangs though because it all likes to go forward in her eyes.

Thnk you and no, right now she is considered legally blind in her right eye, basically her brain "shut off" that eye because it was the one with the worst eye sight. Now we are working on strengthening her bad eye with patches and dilating drops so her eyes are even in sight strength. It's basically a lazy eye except hers is considered a "eye disease" and I'm not exactly sure why it's not a simple lazy eye. I never really asked the difference. The purple set in the first pic are a set from a few weeks ago, the other set are her new glasses with her new prescription. Her sight is in a constant state of change right now hence the different glasses. She gets a new pair every 3 months until it equals out.

I am going to pretend I didn't see this! lol

Welll another reason I cut it is because her brother scalped her last year. He got a hold of the scissors and it was SO bad. I cried! It finally got long again but was so uneven so I got it cut for that reason too. Here's a pic of what he did to her!



They both came down so proud and my reaction was something like "No, no you didn't. Oh god NOOOOOOOOOO!" lmao

But you have a new baby coming!! I don't get any more snuggly newborns, I mean sleeping in is a great trade off but newborns smell so GOOD! LMAO
