Can someone please edit this real quick for my son's cake :(

I can't figure it out on gimp since they updated it all ugh but I need this edited real quick to print on my son's cake for this weekend. I need the happy birthday text erased, and instead I want "Happy 3rd Birthday" then "Noah" under that and centered. I want the text red and outlined in yellow (the birthday party theme colors) Please someone help and do this for me, gimp is smurfing up right now =/

I meant to say the text as they have it, yellow outlined in red is fine
