sooo hungry!!

Dinner is cooking, and I am so ready to dig in!

I am making chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, carrots and cheesecake for dessert.

I wish I could make chicken fried steak, last time I tried it turned into chicken friend mush somehow.

I've finally got mine pretty close to my great grandmas. I always used too much oil and cooked it too fast.
