kidney pain

My kidney's are REALLY hurting out of no where. Just started today. They hurt when I sit, lay, walk, stand, anything. I know that I drink enough water, so I am really curious as to what this could be. Should I call and see what they think I should do? Ps..we are still in the middle of an ice storm and there is no way for me to go to the hospital to get checked til tomorrow.
