That's actually not a bad idea. It would be nice to have something for the kids to do. You could set up a kids table to with coloring books and what not.

I think its a good idea but not necessary. If you don't want to spend the money just set up some crayons or little craft projects. Maybe hire a high schooler to watch the kids for a few hours and help them do a craft project.. Cheaper than a bouncy house.

That's not bad. Is there enough room? Because kids can get loud as we all know. Is a moon walk going to disturb the baby shower more than just having a kid's table?

That was my only thought. Are the moms going to have to run over to it every little while? Or will they get too loud?

It's a good idea to have something fun for them to do. I don't know if I'd want that specifically though.

the club house is really small for like 50 people and i dont think will be more than that. but i have done birthday parties before and works good all the guys spend the time outside anyways so they will watch the kids out

Oh that's not bad at all! I was thinking they were more like 300-400. If it's not going to be a disruption to your shower, I say go for it!

personally I wouldn't do it! That will completely take away from your day and your shower. I've never been to something where the host and the person being honored needed to provided entertainments for the guests children.
I thought about this also when doing my shower bc so many people invited had children and then I said forget if their children can't sit still for more than an hour and a half they shouldn't bring them to begin with!

you'd be surprised that many kids wont do that. Not to mention not every guest is bringing a second adult who is willing to stand guard for something you don't have in view for everyone to see.
My SIL does this every year for her kids birthdays. People without children are always stuck waiting around for lunch and presents bc the kids don't want to stop jumping. Last year at my nieces birthday we waited for 3 hours before they decided to start the party so the kids could jump around. Your shower isn't about your guests, its about you and your baby.
