why do I have to deal with this smurf?!

My son's biological "father" goes in and out of his life, ya know like an awesome parent does. He hasn't seen him since Christmas day? I think? and that was for an hour. He never calls or texts to check on him or anything.
Somehow whenever my son gets sick, he gets wind of it and THAT is when I get a phone call. Not to ask how he is doing but to hear this

" you know he only gets sick because you are a smurfing piece of smurf. If you were a better smurfing parent the smurf would not smurfing happen. I hope you enjoy killing MY son you smurfing money grubbing smurf."

  
reaalllyy? Because ya know... kids NEVER get sick. I am such a money grubber too BTW... ya know for the fact I never ask for a dime from him or anyone and he is the one behind over 15 grand in child support ( that I did not even ask for, I was doing fine and dandy without anything).

Before you say it, YES I have brought recordings and print outs of how he randomly talks to me, and I get blown off or told Well obviously you deserve it some how.

right? it's like when my daughter's dad and i were separated, he was like, 'notice how clara never gets bumps or anything when she's with me- but she does with you'.

I think the last time they REALLY took him for the visitation time ( I say they because it's always smurfs parents that take him) it was when he was first potty trained and the ENTIRE weekend... he held in peeing and pooping ( well saturday-sunday) he came home and went nuts on our potty. But they cussed me out and said someone is sexually abusing him because he refused to go to the bathroom there
