if you like coffee cake

try this! it was yummy


Coffee Cake In-A-Cup
{Mix everything together in a coffee cup}
1 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 egg
2 tbsp. sour cream
a few drops of vanilla
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. baking powder

Mix it all up!

If you want some crumb topping...
{You know you do!!!}

1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Smoosh it up and add it to the cup.
Microwave for about 1 minute and add ten second increments to your liking...

i tried the chocolate cake in a mug and it was horrible looking lol

this wasnt that bad.. i mean didnt look the prettiest but tasted good. cameron told me it tasted like french toast

its mixed in with it, then you mix the topping separate,put that onto and microwave the entire thing for a minute.. or 10 seconds more depending on your microwave voltage
