Wedding Reception

Okay so how much did the venue for your wedding reception cost? What kind of place did you have your reception at? Did they have food included or did you order food from somewhere else? Did you make your own food and just rent out some type of place? I want to know how much you spent on everything and what was including. Also did it have an open bar or what? Just getting some ideas on what would be the best, yet cheapest option lol

Ours was around 30k. Then venue included everything like food, bar, table linens, stuff like that and it was like 17k.

Ours cost about $1000 to rent but that's half off for off season (November). We also get a free bartender in that price but that doesn't include the food cost which is about $45 a plate if I remember correctly and it won't be a completely open bar at my wedding but we'll be providing beer and wine and that's extra too, i think it was $11 per adult.

Our venue is at a 1920's inn.

Wow! That is a ton of money ladies LOL. Places around here aren't nearly that expensive...but still a lot.
