so im packing my hospital bag today

  i have 5 weeks till my little lady is here im packing my hospital bag today getting ready to have her my question for you mommies who had thier babies already or is just about to pop like me is what items will i need to put in there? i have sweat pants shirts tooth brush and tooth paste and my kodak cam so far.

Make sure u pack lots for baby... diapers, clothes, hats, mits, binki if ur guna use one, CHAPSTICK!!! (I promise ull want it) nursing pads,

Slippers or fuzzy socks (or both lol. It will get cold in there!)
Shampoo and conditioner
A robe if you have one.
Soap
Make up (if you want. Sometimes you want to apply some for pictures)
brush
Deodorant
Pillow (colorful pillowcase if possible)
Laptop if you have one
Batteries
Ipod/MP3 player/ something to play music
Some snacks for your partner or whoever is going in there with you
Something to read if you like to.
Comfy shoes

That's all I can think of

For you, sweats ( cute ones if you want ;) deodorant , tooth brush andtooth paste, hair brush, shampoo / conditioner, body wash. ChapStick, extra underwear, snacks, camera. My hospital gave me huge pads. But if yours doesn't give you that I'd buy the overnight period pads.

For baby, going home outfit amd maybe a couple onesies and a blanket. My hospital gave us diapers and wipes. So if your hospital doesn't supply that either bring those too. Good luck mama.

They do, but I'm talking like onesies and the take home outfit. That kinda stuff lol.

Lol yes. Its been a year and I actually packed really late because I wasn't aware they were going to induced me, and then I panicked and hurried everything together lol. And OP, DON'T FORGET THE CARSEAT!!!!! lol DH had to get one while I was in the hospital because I forgot rofl

I'm due in 6 weeks and just did this two days ago too!   I googled it and got a list off babycenter or some website like that. You won't need to bring diapers or pads because the hospital will supply all that. If you plan on breastfeeding, you will want to bring some maternity/nursing bras, pads, and some nipple cream.

I'm sooooooooooo behind on the times....I'm due in 2 weeks. I have the baby's bag packed and in my SUV...My suitcase however is still empty buried in my closet somewhere. I should really get a move on...
