All Symptoms Vanished

And it is now worrying me. I am bout 8 weeks preg. last week i was all sore breasts, sore back, itchy tummy, nausea and now for the past 2 days, nothing at all.
I also experienced some cramping on the left and right side of my pelvic...

is this a bad sign or am i tripping out?  

same here. im 8 weeks to. pretty sure its normal. if you are concerned call your ob.

all my symptoms went away at 8 weeks too. I am now 17w 4d pregnant with a healthy baby. I say that if you have no bleeding, you should be fine.
