Opinions?

On the name Charlie for a baby girl? Or like Charlotte Alise and then call her Charlie for short. My other name I have picked out is Avery Alise.

It was cute the first 5000 times I heard it. Now? It's just gotten old.

It is not too common where I live. I love the name Charlie for a nickname!

I dont like Charlie as a nickname for Charlotte. I do like Lottie though

Charlotte is a beautiful name.

Charlie isn't a very common name where I live. Ugh. When I told my family I liked Charlotte they all said it was an "older" name and said, "well that's different" and my uncle said straight up no. If it was just one or two negative responses I could live with it but I don't want my whole family to hate her name  

I don't like Charlie for a nick name. I do like Lettie though, probably from my fast and furious obsession

My thoughts exactly...Charlotte is classic.

Her name is Adilee and we call her Adi.

Yeah...I was saying that it doesn't make sense to me that like like Adilee but don't like Charlotte...

Charlotte is a beautiful name, and I think whatever nickname she grows into, it'll be perfect for her. I know a Charlotte who goes by Char. Then again, her nickname could be your her last name, or a favorite animal or something like that. You never know.

Hell, my nickname could have been Mandy. And I freaking HATE Mandy. So. Much.

I like either name but prefer Avery for whatever reason. I don't think it is as common... Tho nicknames may be limited compared to charlotte.
