Stupid stupid pathetic ugh

Long story short.

In my history class there is this BEAUTIFUL woman named Casey.
Tall, blond faux hawk, skinny, cute little plaid shirts.
I have the biggest crush on her.
So i asked her out like an idiot on valentine's day. I couldn't even look her in the face when I did it either, stammering and staring at my feet. Sweating. So embarrassing. Well she rejected me. In a nice way I guess. She said "That was brave of you, but I'm already spoken for." But every day after history I still walk her to her car. Innocent flirting. It just got me so bloody bummed out. She's just the cutest thing. And I cannot stop fantasizing about just grabbing her and kissing her. But friendship will have to do I guess. So we have a test in history coming up, and I'm hopelessly lost when it comes to history. Will it be crossing some kind of boundary if I ask her to be my study buddy? I just can't get her off my mind. And every time I'm around her my suave and calm composure goes to smurf and I'm a stuttering sodding buffoon. Oh what should I do? I'm beyond pathetic right now.

And I don't think it'd be weird to ask her to be a study buddy, since she didn't seem freaked or offended when you asked her out, KWIM?

If I were the blonde chick, I would be a little weirded out if someone who I turned down as a date asked me to be their study buddy. But that's just me.

Yes, I am 100% sure she's into women. So you wouldn't be weirded out at all? Because I really want to be her friend but I'm trying not to push. I don't want to be all crazy pushy.

Why don't you just be honest with her and tell her you're totally lost in your history class and ask her if she'd be your study buddy if it wouldn't be too awkward for her? Just tell her you understand if it makes her uncomfortable, but you truly are clueless when it comes to history lol.

Heh. Yeah everyone says it was brave. Still doesn't make me feel any less pathetic. Oh god the other day when I walked her to her car I said "Oh you know my friend Maddie" and she was like "Yeah she used to serve me my coffee at that shop in town, until she got fired   How did you know?" me "Oh well i was talking about you to her and..." Blushing and stammering after that little tid bit came out. At least she smiled and laughed and said "Oh yeah?" I cannot for the life of me figure out if sh enjoys our conversations or she just feels so badly for me that she has to be nice. Why can't I find someone who likes me?!?!?

I mean, I have a classmate who is attracted to me but as I'm married, I can't have a relationship with her. I am flattered and we're still good friends. It's not awkward at all...she's even told me of her attraction.

If she's not weird about it go for it. I never had an issue being friends with girls I turned down except for one. But she was creepy as smurf and found my house without directions, wrote on Myspace how she wished I'd touch her, and tried to stick her hands down my shirt.

Really?? Oh well maybe I should pursue a friendship with her. I've been attracted to women in the past, even dated one. But no girl has every got under my skin the way she does. She's just. So much yes. AH i can't even write about her without blushing. Tall, and she has the sweetest smile and slightly crooked teeth. Soft spoken. Works at a bar in town. Which I went to on saturday...got all dressed up. Didn't go there JUST to see her, but figured if I went there I might as well be lookin' my best.
